Reptile Keeper is a personal record keeper for reptile owners. This policy explains what the app stores and who can see it.

What we store

• An account id. When you start the app it creates an anonymous account so your records sync. You can later link it to Apple or Google sign-in; we then also store your name and email from that provider.
• Your animals and care logs. The animals you add and their feeding, shed, weight and habitat records.
• Photos — only if you turn on backup. Animal photos stay on your device unless you enable "Back up photos", in which case they are stored in your account.
• Feedback you send us. The message, and your email if you include it.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data.
• There are no ads and no third-party tracking or analytics profiles built from your reptile data.
• We do not ask for your location or contacts.

Processors

We use Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore and Cloud Storage) to store your account and records, and RevenueCat to manage subscription purchases. These providers process data on our behalf so the app can work.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account and all its data at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account in the app, or by emailing codememory101@gmail.com. Deletion removes your animals, logs, photos and account.
